Chris Simmler MCPPO has spent nearly 30 years helping owners navigate the built environment — not just through technical expertise, but through steady, people‑first leadership. His path started at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he earned his BS in Civil Engineering, and continued into the United States Marine Corps. As a combat engineering officer, he led Marines through the breaching of Iraqi minefields during Desert Storm, earning the Navy Commendation Medal with Combat “V” for his leadership in combat. That experience shaped the way he leads today: calm, clear, and committed to the mission.
